What the website collects
The tutoring inquiry form asks for a name, email address, optional phone number, student grade or course, preferred session format, general availability, and a short description of the learning goal. Please do not include report cards, identification, medical information, school login details, or other sensitive records.
Why the information is used
FocusMath uses inquiry details to reply, understand the requested tutoring support, discuss availability, and arrange next steps. The information is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Form hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify. When you submit the form, Netlify processes and stores the submission so FocusMath can receive it. You may instead contact Sarah directly by email or phone if you do not wish to use the website form.
Student tools
The graph studio and guided calculators run in your browser. They do not require an account and are not designed to collect student work. Avoid entering private or identifying information into tool fields.
Retention and access
Inquiry details are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, arrange tutoring, maintain appropriate business records, and address follow-up. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of an inquiry, contact FocusMath using the details below.
